It is with our heartfelt sadness that we say good-bye to an amazing, courageous, inspiring, humble student n GREAT person that became part of our BJJ family just over a year ago.
JOHN MCMAHON lost his 5 year battle with cancer this weekend and we all know how HARD he fought it!!
He graced our mats, head held high with all he could going through the battle of his life.
John trained hard, loved the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and was in pursuit to earn his BJJ blue belt. The students who got to roll with him could see the passion he had for the grappling sport wanting to learn as much as he could at 56 years of age!
John will be missed greatly but will be with us in spirit as we know he will be watching all the training from heaven.
Our sincere deepest condolences to his two teenage sons and the McMahon family.
May our wonderful friend, student Rest In Peace.
John you will forever be in our hearts and on the mats with us always!
