BJJ Shore Academy held another important WOMEN SELF DEFENSE workshop this month for these ladies and teen girls!
They came out to learn some hands on practical self defense skills that can enable them to avoid, resist and survive situations ranging from low levels of aggression to violent assault. The black belt instructors and law enforcement professionals offered important information for dealing with difficult and potentially dangerous situations and especially for the girls headed off back to college. AWESOME JOB everyone!
