2/17 SATURDAY: 8am Yoga, 9:15 Kickboxing, 10am James Brasco Grappling Seminar (Regular BJJ class Cancelled) We are looking forward to having world class grappler James Brasco on the mats 10am Saturday Feb 17th! This seminar is open to the public as well but please call or email us immediately for info/fee! Limited spots left. Come learn from one of the best guys in the world. His valuable and essential knowledge will take your wrestling and Jiu-jitsu game to the next level.
