BJJ Shore Academy welcomed back Black Belt Master Vladislav Koulikov, a great Sambist and grappler for another SAMBO Jiu-Jitsu seminar at the academy!
Once again he gave us 3 hours of his unique approach to grappling that is useful for most BJJ practitioners with and without the gi.
The students and our professors had a good time learning some detailed techniques and training different approaches from various positions both standing and on the ground.
They worked from the No-Gi grappling perspective this time as he put them through some very effective training and setup positions with takedowns, throws, chokes, ankle locks, leg attacks and more!
Master Vladislav is one of the world’s leading experts on the combat art of Russian Sambo and has added BJJ concepts to his arsenal in resulting an effective grappling hybrid of Sambo, Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu which he has also produced for his latest DVD video series SAMBO JIU-JITSU FUSION.
