BJJ Shore Academy hosted another fantastic Women Self Defense Workshop on Friday March 29th, 2019 in support for the Point Pleasant Borough Project Graduation thanks to Kelley Mickle for organizing this important fundraiser! – It is so necessary for all women and young girls to attend some self defense classes in their lifetime! This group of ladies and teen girls came out to learn some hands-on self defense practical skills that can enable them to avoid, resist and survive situations from low levels of aggression to violent assault. Our Black Belt Instructors and Law Enforcement Professionals also offered very important information for dealing with potentially dangerous situations!
